May I visit your store?

  • You already are!  We are an online store and do not have a brick-and-mortar location.  We’ll let you know if we decide to have a physical presence.  We can recommend stores or nurseries in the Central Florida or greater Florida area. We may sell at a few bonsai events in Florida from time-to-time.

I’m looking for something but don’t see it on your site.  Can you help me find it?

  • If you are having trouble finding something on the site, check out the sub-categories in Tools and Supplies and you may find it there or you can do a quick Search by entering a keyword.
  •  We sell a number of bonsai pots, stands, trees etc. that are not listed on the site.  If you tell us what you are looking for, we may have it or can find it for you.  We’re happy to email pictures and additional information to you.  Just submit an inquiry or call the Orlando Bonsai phone number found on the site.

In Cart Checkout, there is a shipping error and it won’t calculate the shipping for me.  What do I do?

  • Save your cart and send an email inquiry for assistance.  From time-to-time, an error may occur related to the shipping rate calculation software or shipping rate increases and we will be happy to help.  We can also quote a specialized item, if needed.  International shipping can be tricky so an email inquiry for assistance will save you time.

I have an international address and my credit card won’t authorize.  Can you help?

  • Yes, we can assist you; just let us know you are having trouble.  Due to credit card fraud, special security features are in place and International Credit Cards often don’t use the same address verifcation procedures that the US cards do.  We may not know you need help unless you email us.
