It is finally warm enough to start working on this Solicifolia.  I&#8217;ve been  anxiously waiting to get this one into this bonsai pot.  The two of them work very well together. The Ficus just barely squeezes in.  In just a few months this tree will really transform into a very nice Shohin Bonsai.  I&#8217;m leaving the top to continue to grow to thicken the upper portion of the truck.  This tree should only be about 7 inches when finished.  March 2004
